definitive agreements to acquire three high-profile Internet professional
service companies: Ensemble Corporation in Dallas, Inter.Logic Studios in
Atlanta and Quest Interactive in Memphis. USWeb is a leading professional
services firm helping clients develop Internet strategies and improve
business processes using Internet-based technologies.
