USWeb to Acquire High-Profile Regional Internet Integrators

Purchases Will Include Ensemble Corporation, Inter.Logic Studios and Quest Interactive

Santa Clara - April 2, 1998 - Continuing with its planned acquisition strategy and making a significant thrust into the Southeast and Southwest regions, USWeb Corporation (Nasdaq: USWB) announced today it has signed definitive agreements to acquire three high-profile Internet professional service companies: Ensemble Corporation in Dallas, Inter.Logic Studios in Atlanta and Quest Interactive in Memphis. USWeb is a leading professional services firm helping clients develop Internet strategies and improve business processes using Internet-based technologies.
