Most vehicles are designed to carry a number of occupants, usually with 4 or 5 seats. Cars with five seats typically seat two passengers in the front and three in the rear. Full-dimension automobiles and large sport utility vehicles can usually carry six, seven, or more occupants depending on the association of the seats.
